AKA Software Account Alerts is a text messaging (SMS) program used to send operational and service notifications to two audiences: internal AKA Software staff, who receive operational and system alerts, and customers and clients, who receive service issue alerts, project and engagement status updates, and support ticket notices. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
We use the information above to deliver operational and service notifications, send status updates about your engagement with AKA Software, and manage opt-in and opt-out status for the messaging program. We do not use this information for marketing or promotional purposes.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information collected through this program from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Access to mobile numbers and consent records is limited to authorized AKA Software personnel who need it to operate the messaging program.
We may engage vendors that operate the underlying technical infrastructure used to deliver text messages on our behalf (for example, an SMS delivery platform), or disclose information where required by law. Any such vendor does not use your information for its own marketing purposes and is contractually bound to protect it.
We retain mobile numbers, consent records, and related messaging data for as long as needed to operate the program, comply with carrier and legal requirements, and resolve disputes, after which the information is deleted or de-identified.
This program is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
