These Terms & Conditions govern your enrollment in AKA Software Account Alerts, the text messaging (SMS) program operated by AKA Software, LLC ("AKA Software," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these terms.
AKA Software Account Alerts sends operational and service notification text messages to two audiences: internal AKA Software staff, who receive operational and system alerts, and customers and clients, who receive service issue alerts, project and engagement status updates, and support ticket notices. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
Consent to receive text messages under this program is explicit and voluntary. We do not enroll mobile numbers using pre-checked boxes. Consent to receive SMS messages is not bundled with any other agreement and is not a condition of purchasing any AKA Software service.
There are two ways to opt in. Method 1: Consent is obtained when you text the keyword JOIN to +1 (660) 675-1252 from your own mobile phone. Method 2: Consent is obtained when you provide your mobile number and agree to receive service and operational notifications during your client engagement or staff onboarding with AKA Software. This program is supported on AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier coverage and availability may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We maintain a record of the date, time, and method of consent for each mobile number enrolled in this program, in accordance with CTIA guidelines and applicable law.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Information collected through this program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including our commitment that mobile information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
